Perception Neurodiversity Education

At The Perception Foundation, we believe the first step to raising awareness is breaking stigma—and that starts with education. Our free neurodiversity training combines interactive workshops, real stories, hands-on simulations, and novel, research-backed, brain-based curriculum to help students, teachers, and professionals better understand neurodevelopmental disorders and support emotional regulation in neurodivergent individuals.

Whether in schools, workplaces, or community spaces, we tailor each session to the audience—empowering people to see neurodiversity not as a limitation, but as a strength. We’d love to help bring this training to your community.

PreK-12 Education

Our PreK–12 neurodiversity curriculum is a free, four-day program designed to be used during Disability Awareness or Autism Awareness Week. It includes detailed lesson plans and ready-to-use activities—just print and share with your students! The curriculum covers topics like the brain, neurodevelopmental disorders, emotional regulation, and youth advocacy, all aimed at helping students understand differences and take action to make their schools more inclusive.

Workplace Education

We also offer a free 15–20 minute workplace training module designed to help companies become more inclusive to both neurodivergent customers and employees. This quick, impactful session covers the basics of neurodiversity, common barriers in the workplace, and simple, actionable strategies to create more supportive environments. Whether you’re training staff at a retail store, corporate office, or healthcare facility, our model fosters understanding, empathy, and inclusion—one team at a time.
