Perception Foundation is Helping Shape State Guidelines for Sensory Spaces

We're incredibly proud to announce that the Perception Foundation is now helping to shape state policy! Our co-founders, Maya and Lara Hammoud, were honored to present their groundbreaking work to the State Training Guidelines Workgroup for Michigan on Wednesday September 14th.

They shared an in-depth look at our novel cost-effective and size-adaptable model for sensory spaces. By providing their expertise, they are directly advising state officials and private groups, pioneering a path toward more inclusive and accessible environments across the state. This is a monumental step in ensuring that sensory spaces become a standard resource for all!
