The Perception Foundation at Re:Con 2024

The start of our advocacy journey was marked by an incredible honor: in November, The Perception Foundation was invited to present at the Re:Con Convention in Traverse City on New Beginnings.

During the convention, we shared our work and highlighted the importance of sensory resources in our community. From building private and public sensory rooms to hosting inclusive events, we emphasized how accessible sensory spaces can transform lives, foster inclusion, and empower individuals with neurodevelopmental differences.

Being recognized on this platform was a meaningful milestone for our team, and it reinforced our mission to continue advocating for greater accessibility, awareness, and community support.
